Dwi Ariyani is the Regional Head of Programs-Asia for the Disability Rights Fund and the Disability Rights Advocacy Fund. Dwi is a disability rights activist. Dwi has worked for over twenty years in Indonesia on disability rights and movement building. She has worked with grassroots and national organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) to promote persons with disabilities rights and provide technical assistance for OPDs and work with them to achieve their advocacy agenda through; legislation reform and budgetary advocacy, build a bridge across the movement.

As a woman with a disability herself, Dwi has also advocated for the empowerment of women with disabilities and ensures that women with disabilities are heard in every decision-making process that affects women’s lives. Nazma Ara Begum Poppy is a development professional from South Badda, Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a career spanning 14 years, she has been working tirelessly to bring positive change in marginalized people’s lives. She has worked with government agencies, OPDs, and NGOs on policy advocacy to protect the rights of persons with disabilities. Nazma is an expert in National and International acts and conventions and has successfully implemented result-oriented projects. Currently, she is working as a National Project Support Officer at the UN Women Bangladesh office in Dhaka. Her previous work includes being an Inclusion Officer and Project Officer (Inclusion) at Handicap International - Humanity Inclusion, and an Assistant Coordinator at the National Forum of Organizations Working with the Disabled (NFOWD). Her career objective is to seek a challenging position in an organization working for the improvement of the quality of lives of marginalized people where she can utilize her knowledge and skills to successfully handle the program and produce desired results.

Nazrana's competencies include partnership building, project implementation, training facilitation, rights-based approaches, communication techniques, and monitoring and evaluation. Niluka Gunawardena is an educator, researcher, and activist based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Niluka earned a Master of Arts degree in Disability and Gender (with Distinction) from the University of Leeds, UK. She is a Visiting Lecturer in Disability Studies at the University of Kelaniya and the University of Colombo. She works as a consultant for multiple gender and disability rights organizations. She regularly conducts and facilitates community and corporate training workshops on disability awareness and rights. She is a researcher who has worked for organizations like the Human Environment Research Observatory and BBC. She serves on the board of Women Enabled International.
